It’s no wonder that the Norwegians are some of the happiest people in the world.  There is so much to be enjoyed on a trip to this wonderful country. The Norwegian landscapes are jaw dropping and it really is a photographer’s paradise; offering majestic fjords, snow capped mountains, jagged coastlines, lush green forests, crystal clear lakes and the ethereal Northern Lights.

If you like art and history, Norway has a rich and interesting past and is home to some of the most famous artists in the world – I mean, who hasn’t heard of the world’s oldest emoji? Yes, I’m taking about Edvard Munch’s ‘The Scream’. In addition to the historic appeal, Norway is also a very modern country and radiates Scandinavian sophistication. Its urban areas, such as the hip capital city of Oslo, are home to a thriving scene of music, cuisine and modern culture.

For the more adventurous, Norway offers a multitude of outdoor activities: alpine skiing, kayaking, hiking and cycling.

There really is something for everyone.
